📢 Announcing Major Updates Coming in August

Hello Legends,

It's been about two months since the beta opening of LCK LEGENDARIES. During this time, we've been listening closely to your voices through Discord and social channels, and carefully checking various opinions and ideas. We sincerely thank all the Legends who have spoken up. We've humbly accepted all your words and whippings, and we've been thinking hard about how to improve our service.

In particular, the August update will be a significant milestone for LCK LEGENDARIES. After this update, LCK LEGENDARIES will provide an experience beyond simply collecting and trading cards, allowing you to form your own team with the cards you've collected and become an LCK team owner.

The August update is just the beginning of our future updates. Fun elements and content that can be enjoyed through collected cards will continue to be updated. We will do our best to provide a new LCK experience with you in the future. Please keep an eye on us and we look forward to your opinions and support.

Now, shall we explore the hot changes in this August update?

1. My Roster

We're enhancing a feature that lets you handpick 5 cards from your collection to assemble your unique roster. You can create up to 3 team rosters, each with its real-time ranking determined by the Team Power Score (TPS).

⚖️TPS and Tier

TPS is a roster score, calculated based on each card's OVR score, factoring in scores for Position, Mechanics, Understanding, Mentality, Versatile, Laning Phase, and Carry Potential. Depending on the TPS score, your team roster's tier will be classified as BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM / DIAMOND.

👬Set Effects

Your roster will benefit from various set effects, depending on the combination of cards it includes. There are several types of set effect combinations, such as forming a roster with cards from the same team or the winning team. The multiplier applied varies depending on the set effect combination.

🔥POG Card Buff Effect

The POG cards, which can be obtained through a 1:1 exchange with POG tickets, can be used to apply additional buff effects to your roster's TPS score.

2. Collection Page Revamp

Your roster can be assembled right on the Collection page. So, with the update to the My Roster feature, we're also giving the Collection page's UI a fresh new look. You'll be able to glance through all your collectible information, including roster ranking and the status of your collected cards and titles. On August 1st, we plan to roll out the first phase of the revamp update, which will exclude the roster-related areas. Then, when the "My Roster" update is implemented, the related areas will be added.

3. Main UI Revamp

We're giving the main UI a makeover to provide you with a more personalized experience. Your roster and ranking information will be prominently displayed on the main page, and we're enhancing the UI for a more intuitive view of on-sale packs and events.

4. Ranking System Revamp

The introduction of the My Roster feature brings with it a revamp of the existing ranking system. Expect some UI changes to the current version of the card collection ranking, and you'll also be able to check the ranking of each team in My Roster.

5. Other Events

We're planning an event where rewards will be distributed weekly based on the completion of your roster, as well as its tier and ranking. Additionally, the rewards for the daily eLC random box event will be upgraded.

🎫 2023 Summer Finals Ticket Entry Opens

The entry for the 2023 Summer Finals tickets is slated to open in early August. If you own POG tickets and Legendary cards, make sure to enter.

📺 2022 Spring Season Pack and Highlight Review Content

The 2022 Spring Season Pack will be unveiled in August. We're also prepping for the "LCK Gossip: Legends Behind Story" content, where you can relive the memories of the 2022 Spring and get a peek into the behind-the-scenes of the games. Hosted by KangQui and Jang Min-cheol, we're expecting various LCK-related guests to join us. Stay tuned!
